1. Abandoned Items
Items not picked up or not paid for after 30 days will be recycled. We will attempt to call you, email you or contact you by any means necessary to get your unit returned. If you have paid for the return shipping, it will be shipped back to you. If no payment has been made, it will become a recycled unit and will no longer be available for return shipment.

2. Do I have to pay sales taxes?
You will have to pay sales tax if you live in New Mexico, Texas and California.

3. How do I find the model of my cell phone?
Take out your battery. There should be a sticker behind the battery that will tell you the model number of your devise.

4. I don't know what is wrong with my phone! What can i do?
No problem, just bring it in to our nearest facility and we will diagnose the problem for you. At the very worse you could call in and get help over the phone.

5. My phone fell in the water. Can it be saved?
Yes, don't turn it back on, don't try to charge it. Take the battery out if you can, put it in a plastic bag and take it to Fullbars right away. We will do the water treatment to your phone, and in most cases you can have your phone back functionally the same day!

6. Can you also repair my iPod and iPpad?
Yes we repair all Apple products, just bring it in so one of our technicians can help you!

7. Will I loose any information on my phone, iPod, or iPad?
No, you will not loose any information. However, you should always back up your devise every couple of weeks or so. It is also safe to back everything up before bringing it in for repair.

8. Do you sell batteries for cell phones?
Yes we do carry batteries for most cell phones. If we do not have a battery in stock we can always special order one for you.

9. Do you sell accessories for cell phones?
Yes, of course each location stock different accessories, but commonly we will have chargers and cases for most mobile device. We are an authorize reseller of Otter Box products.
